Data Centre
CTFS has adopted a solutions-driven approach in establishing an end-to-end Data Centre. The Data Centre houses the core brain of the ICT infrastructure. This includes all server PC’s and the network firewall which serves to control and protect the network. Our 1Gbps fibre internet terminates at the Data Centre and is then distributed to 10 server rooms across all stages and workshops via fibre cabling.
The following Data Centre services are offered as discrete elements, or integrated into the broader studios infrastructure:
- Wireless internet throughout all stage buildings and workshops
- Over 700 network points for high speed Ethernet connections as well as telecommunications needs
- Additional post production high speed internet link
- UPS power backup
- Data cabling infrastructure
- Control of CCTV system onsite
